Account information you provide (name, email), organization data you or your organization's administrators import into the platform, and usage data such as audit logs of actions taken within the Service.
How we use information
To provide and operate the Service, authenticate users, enforce role-based and organization-scoped access, generate deterministic business intelligence from your imported data, and respond to support requests.
Data isolation
The Service is multi-tenant. Your organization's data is isolated by row-level security tied to your organization membership. We do not share your data across organizations. Access is role-based and auditable.
Data retention
Your data is retained for the life of your organization's account and removed upon termination, subject to legal retention requirements. Audit logs are retained per your organization's compliance configuration.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted transport (TLS), authenticated sessions, and organization-scoped authorization. Platform administrative actions are logged.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us through the main site. Organization data is managed by your organization's administrators.
