These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ALUD Business Intelligence 360 platform at alud-clarity-os.base44.app (the "Service"), provided by ALUD Consulting ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Accounts & access
You may create an account directly. Access to an organization's data is granted only when an administrator of that organization adds you to it; until then your account has no organization access. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Role-based permissions are enforced by the Service and defined by your organization's administrators.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access data outside your authorized organization, introduce malicious content, or attempt to reverse-engineer the platform. Organization data must be used in compliance with applicable law.
Your data
You retain ownership of all data you import. You grant us the limited right to process your data solely to operate the Service. Deterministic intelligence outputs are derived from your data; we do not fabricate values.
Service availability
We strive for high availability but do not warrant uninterrupted operation. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. Scheduled maintenance and status updates are communicated through the platform.
Intellectual property
The ALUD Business Intelligence 360 platform, its engines, and branding are the property of ALUD Consulting. Your organization data remains yours.
Termination
Your organization's administrators may revoke your access at any time. We may suspend access for violations of these Terms.
